Cool. Here it is I sent him money for some pistons and rods he eamiled me when he received money thru paypal. He told me he would email me tracking # when he would ship either last friday latest Monday. I have been emailing him since Friday and he has not replied to me anymore.I put a diffrent thread 1st asking if anybody had bought anything from this guy and I already got to replies saying the same thing. We have already put claims thru paypal. Now just waiting.

p/s For some strange reason i had a bad feeling about this deal because paypal was not letting me do an instant transfer.But they told me I could send an e-check or make CC payment so I sent E-check. Before I sent payment I was emailing him and he was replying to me right away.He even gave me his personal email to get him right away.But now it seems like he fell off the earth..

yeppp, same thing happened to me. brn2slid and i were suppose to split his 5zigen fn wheels, and he was suppose to ship friday/ latest monday and send use the tracking#. sent him pm's with no response, and have now filed a claim with paypal.

wow, all of our stories match!... well i didnt do the claim, i just reported i figured id give him till tomorrow, then upgrade to a claim... but we need some insight from this guy.. he seemed to sell on here with no issues in the past.. from what i seen on his previous threads... i guess we will see

I send the money thru paypal and still have not recieved my ARP bolts. I did a claim thru paypal. hopefully i can get my money back. tell me if you guys hear from him. told me same thing lastest would be sent mon or fri and it been like a while now. still no response -_-

PAYPAL has favored on my side because Bizzyj83 coud not be found. So pretty much paypal can't do shit if you paid by E-check.Credit card might be a diffrent story. So if anybody knows were this asshole is let us know.

its liek dekalb texas... not too far for me!... this dude should seriously have his ass handed to him... this is bull shit... and for paypal to play games... shit, we might as well paid with a MO ... i got some things to say to the paypal rep when i call... the account ties into his checking/savings account.. they can pull the refund for us and make his account negative.. or if paypal does as they say they do and "investigate", and the douche has closed his account, they know all of his information and can find his new account and go after him like that.. how is paypal going to let some guy walk off with i am sure a grand or more of shit.. i know of 650 from me and orange s2k.. what about everyone else?

paypal recovered $120.00 from my transaction. says there isnt anymore money in his bank account but they are investigating further. anybody else have any luck?

o and what you need top do since you live close to him. call the local cops in his area and file a report with them. this is theft and they will deal with it and perhaps things will move along more quickly.

YMMV...don't be a raving lunatic when you go to the cops. Dress well and be polite...it sucks but as soon as the cops label you as a punk they are going to be on the other guys side even if he shot 20 people.

paypal ruled in my favor but didnt get anything back since he had no funds in his account. went directly to my bank afterwards, and they are taking care of it now
