i'm ordering pbm coilovers for my s13, but very soon i'm going to switch to z32 rear brakes, with the z upright (this thread is not to debate weight savings of the upright. i'm doing it, lets not waste space debating it). and can't find any info about availability of a z shock mount compatible mount for this coilover. i know kts have the option for a different mount but was wondering if any one here had any info, maybe the kts mount will fit pbm? i might order the kts mounts and test it to see it the threads are the same
yes i've already searched, and yes i've already emailed pbm, but haven't received any response from them.

Give them a call. 1-858-566-6969. Dan Or Dave will answer your questions, and good choice on the coilovers. I daily mine and they are the SHIT.

Yes, call them and ask to make sure that they make the bottom piece to mount it to the Z32 upright. If not, I know Stance and Megan make it.

I was looking into this also and Dan told me that you can have it custom made for $120.

i got a response from pbm so i thought i'd share it.
We dont currently have a Z32 application but I think it may be the same
as
the GTR skyline lower so I can special order one for you, but it sounds
like
a lot of trouble for a rear brake upgrade. Maybe just as expensive
when all
is said and done as some sexy aftermarket options such as our 330mm
rear
rotor? Let me know what you would like to do.

Sounds like a bullshit answer to me. First of all, the shop should KNOW what its the same as, and second of all, it is no where NEAR the price of an aftermarket brake upgrade.
BULLSHIT.
