HKS turbo actuator for 14psi on stock t25. As long as you have walbro 255lph fuel pump. And wideband to keep an eye on things. Also how does the sr feel after a lighter flywheel?

not to break your neck about $$ buy maybe mild cams or boost controller?

Better fucking wheels...spacers sucks...

Also a wideband so you can check to see if youre running lean. JDM ECU maps on california piss water gas tends to run lean. You could be detonating and not know it. Besides, how do you know what that shit is tuned for?

how about your bad rep?

Wideband, turbo elbow, electric fans, oil pressure gauge, water temp gauge, bigger injectors, Z32 maf, perhaps a T28, boost controller. Hook up your power steering :ugh:

how about it? you know how it is on zilvia you can get neg raped in a second. I'm not really worried about rep on here. I don't really judge myself by the amount of rep i have on an internet forum.

You don’t need more power you need track time. You also need to figure some shit out for yourself. Stop asking people what to do next, you say your not worried about what people on this forum think of you then stop asking for approval on your parts, all the answers you are getting could have been done without a post and a little reading. You BOUGHT a cool car now go learn how to drive it.

whoah man calm down. he's just asking for advice.

cuddlesthesheep

thank you for making the assumption that i don't know how to drive, and i never said i dont care what people think of me, i dont really care about the rep system, and i don't see how that in turn means i don't want their educated advice. But thank your for the help.

i smell a t28, perhaps?

Hes not saying you cant drive, hes just saying you probably cant drive well.

If youve never driven on a track before, you have no idea what anyone means by that assumption. Track time wont make your car faster, but it will teach you how to drive it faster.
Instead of wasting money on parts, use the money to practice and learn.

Japanes Tuned ecu's are tuned on 100 octane.

So lots of timing, that 91 just cant cut it for.

i was just curious as all the work they do seems to be top notch.

get some cams, and if you can afford it, a t28 s14/s15, and then take your car back to boso. get a factory ecu, and sell the one you have now. take that $$$ and have frank tune it for your car perfectly!

i'm down in SD, i know BOSO is legit but we have a shop down here called Shogun, dont know if you've heard of it, but its in San Marcos. I'm heading there tommorrow with a buddy of mine whose SOHC is all fucked up so i'm going to talk to them about it.

I'd recommend an hks actuator (easiest way to boost up) set at 12 lbs. max until you get the motor properly tuned. I would also recommend against the wideband until you get the motor properly tuned because rich running motors kill O2 sensors.

I might be wrong but more than likely your chipped ecu is probably running rich to compensate because it was chipped for another application and wideband sensors aren't cheap. And I'd also recommend reconnecting the power steering. Anyway, that's what I'd recommend

In most of the world, AKI rating is calculated based on the RON method only.
In North America AKI rating is calculated with the (RON+MON)/2 method.

100 RON is about 94 or 95 (R+M)/2.

Yeah. Most of my warning about JDM chipped ecu's come from year of experience breaking engines because of those rom tunes on 91 octane.

But its also my opinion, and i know that everything that happens surrounding my universe, isn't universal.

But, take this as a warning whatever it may be (under question 4):

http://www.mines-wave.com/english/INQUIRY_E.htm

Its all debatable.

To the OP:

I like your car, it sounds pretty complete within reason.

I would:
Drop the slotted rotors, and get some good carbon fibre based brake pads.
Get a full alignment, and corner ballance for the car.
Pickout some really good and sticky tires, or maybe find two sets of matching wheels (one for the front, one for the back)
Maybe some hks 256 step 1 cams, for just a little extra power.
Then tons of seat time at track events to actually enjoy the car.

cuddlesthesheep
04-15-2008, 10:58 AM
yeah, i know, the non matching wheels get me, i'm planning on getting some gullflames.
