Well I got done w/ my Redtop swap (In Hatch) and after Finding a Nasty Exhaust leak (turbo gasket) put everything back together (exhaust mani) again.Car Runs Excellent - No Issues at all NOW.ran Great before but sounded like a Lawnmower. (Compression: 150,149,149,150)

Now
1: Heater won't seem to get hot when I'm adding coolant
2: Heater hoses may be wrong, but 98% sure they are right
ie: intake manifold "Z" hose to Bottom nipple (on firewall) - back of engine 'U" hose going to the top nipple? That right on S13??
3: Installed S14 SR water neck and Braided lines to eliminate Back rear Water hookup.pretty sure thats To the right Ports that need to be.REAR Water line re-routed to front water neck.

Found a little bit of coolant leaking/dripping from the Exhaust where downpipe meets cat (exhaust has a little leak because Dp=3",test pipe=3" - Stock exhaust) - dripping down.??WTF?Car does not Smoke though.

I think I'm even seeing some from the damn transmisson (red fluid) - Its like a phantom Leak.Almost like theres a Small hair line crack on the bottom of the Trans.Hard to really investigate untill I get it to my Dealership on a lift.
Any idea's?? or is that somewhat normal on a new engine w/ new fluid etc??

Look at www.heavythrottle.com SR Faq installation notes. Look at the pictures and see if they are close to what you have

Found a decent size pic of it...The pic on thier site is like 40x40 - but googling it there was a decent Size but Just tells you how to Move the hoses.

i just wanna make sure I won't damage anything w/ the way its routed Now,so I can drive it to work w/ me.

Thought about that too...but its Coming from Nowhere near any seals...and damn near right under the Shifter area.Totally away from the bottom of the engine.

Could be leaking on a fitting on the steering rack and flying back to the bottom of the trans area. Or it could be leaking from the high pressure PS hose(which is a common S13 problem) and then running down the block and ending up there.

UV dye is a great way to trace leaks.

I've had 2 different leaks (oil and power steering fluid) and both times they LOOKED like they were coming out of the tranny exactly as you described but those were NOT the locations of the leaks at all. Trust me, once things drip down to the bottom of the motor, crossmeber etc. they fly everywhere when you're up to speed on the road and they seem to like to collect on the front of the tranny and drip.
