Ok i have an pretty much all stock 89 sohc. Now as of yesterday it wont start, it ran fine untill i shut it off then it wouldnt restart. It cranks over but no go. So first i went to see if it had fuel, pulled the fuel line and turned it on at first no pump turning on. So i got it towed home and tested to see if it was getting power to the pump so i checked the relays under the hood and it was buzzing. but now there is power to the pump and its getting fuel. Then tested spark and now its not firing, it i pull the spark plug wire from coil to dist. its got one spark when i turn the ign on then when crank it nothing. But the last few days the car has been starting funny it will start up then fall on its face studder way down and sometimes die it i dont rev it right away. the check light has been on but its always gone on and off with the egr code, so i went to see what the ecu had to say and when i turn on the car the ecu's self diag lights dont light up at all? So what do you think??? :wtf:

Sounds like a Technical Problem.

Perhaps then it should be in the Tech Section?

Bump. OK now today I went and got new plugs, cap and rotor. Then after it owas all put on the car started but was running rough because i had the wires wrong. then i got the timing right and after when i shut off the car and went to start it again nothing. Now i forgot to add this but when it wouldnt start the tach was jumping all around and i took the fuel pressure and its about 43psi but that little green relay in the relay box is buzzing and what looks like the idle air bypas valve is also buzzing when i unpluged they both stop.... so anything anybody.
