No Spark or Fuel

I just threw my KA24DE into my car, its a 1993 so basically original engine. I tried to start it up today just to make sure i didn't have any major problems, but i ran into a problem. My fuel pump wont turn on and i have no spark

I can jump the relay and get the fuel pump to kick on but I can't get any spark

what could cause both of these not to work, I worked on it all day trying to narrow things down and came up with nothing

this morning i had spark for like 1 min and when i tried to start it, it poppled a few times and then the spark was gone. and i didn't do anything different it just all of a sudden had spark,

I tore apart a spare harness i had laying around and tried chasing wires around, still didn't come up with anything only that everything goes to the ECU, lol

I modified a plug so i could hook up my (known to be good) SOHC coil, and still got nothing,

I had a similar problem with my old SOHC and it turned out to be the computer so i put in my stock computer today and still got nothing

I don't know where to go from here, I am getting very frustrated and i would hope not to loose motivation on this

any help would be appreciated, maybe a wiring diagram if someone has one laying around
