hatch and coupe chassis harness

Ok so i found a 1989 coupe chassis harness in a junkyard! so my car will be running soon. But my car is a hatch... i figured that more than likely the only problems i will run in to is the part of the harness that runs across the package tray in the cuope wont line up. so the rear defrost, passenger side auto belt, and rear speaker wires won't line up... but besides that am i going to run into problems?

I don't know about the '89, but if it's the same as '91-'93 I might have some insight.

The left rear speaker might not be a problem.

The center mounted stop light will be a problem, however. The wiring for that is in the hatch. The connector for it will be in the panel next to the passenger side door.
