My mom is in the market for a new car, and she's
been liking the new Subaru Legacy's so far. I wanted to
know if any of you had experience at any SoCal Subaru
dealerships? Which ones are good and which ones
should we stay away from?

Thanks.

I have experience with Santa Monica subaru, if he's still there ask for Reza Laleh, he always gives good prices. Although last I heard SM Subaru was out of business?

You could hit up Casa De Subaru in Sherman Oaks. My bro HWYKING bought his both his Subaru's at Big Valley Subaru/Dodge before they relocated there. They were really helpful and flexible with negotiations. They're there to sell cars. We beleive SM & Thousand Oaks both closed down... GL.

Subaru of Sherman Oaks gets my vote as well. They are willing to acutally provide you with a positive buying experience. I went to several other Subaru dealerships when in the market and when they didn't see C-notes falling from my ass they pretty much blew me off. When I went to S.O. Subaru they were very helpful and worked with me to find the best financing for what I was looking for. I got my '07 Impreza wagon from them late July of last year. I now have nearly 25,000 miles on it.

My friend's family owns Renick Cadillac and Subaru right next to the Fullerton DMV.

I heared some good things about their place, and my neighbor bought a Legacy about.... 4 months ago from the dealership, not sure for how much but shit looks good =D

i agree on rennick, one of the better and mod friendly dealerships in socal.

I also like southcoast subaru in costa mesa as they were very nice in showing me the new sti GRB and gave a great price quote (2k off msrp, tho i like the evo X more at across the street south coast mitsubishi).

One to avoid is santa monica which is a notorious warranty denier... my friends stock 03 wrx was denied warranty in 2005 (under 3/36k) saying he abused his STOCK wrx so much that 1st gear cog cracked... even tho he had a really new looking clutch and the car had 20k miles.

Another vote for Sherman Oaks Subaru, ask for Arik. Just bought 2 cars from him and he gave me great deals on both!
