I just finished putting the usual ka24e engine into my 1990 coupe and it wont start. I have no spark, I have power running to my EGI relays(not sure which exact terminals are supposed to get power or not) Ive been trying things for the past few days and only twice did I actually get fuel pressure, but im not getting it anymore. Could it be a lose ground? or how can I check to see if my ECU is even getting power? I dont have a good FSM to check these things. Any help would be great!

PS: The car does turn over.

is your distributor hooked up? ecu needs crank signal for spark and fuel. and you say your pump is cutting in and out? if it pressures up and doesnt relive it wont turn on again unless presure is low. if u lift th edge of ur fuel rail does it spray out?

Dizzy is hooked up yes. It pressured up, I relieved the pressure, it didn't pressure up again.
