ok so i was puting on my sandwhich plate and did it too tight . tight enough to break the tip of the oil filter port ... thats not the part im concerned with but i have my oil pressure and oil temp that i cant use

so im selling the sandwhich plate and need a new place to make these gauges work . for the temp gauge im going to use the oil pan bolt . but i was told i can use the stock oil pressure hole thats next to the oil filter
i was reading that its a bigger size than the fiting its self sooo is there a bolt that i can put in there and screw the after market sender in ..

and my car is already low id rather not use the oil pan is there another place to put the temp sensor as well?

thanks for the help

Stock oil pressure hole is 1/8 BSP usually an aftermarket gauge uses a 1/8 npt sensor fitting.

So this adapter is just what you need.

It will probably be cheaper to get it from a local shop then from summit though.

Works fine for me plumbed into an AN fitting and some turbo feed lines.

is the sender to big to fit next to the oil filter or do i need to use a line and mount the sender somewhere ?

Angle the factory sender comes out at, i can fit my STRI sender in there with the adapter... so it should be okay.
