well i did this as a quick patch for the winter to keep the snow/rain out and its help up pretty well...until my brother decided to knock a hole in the bondo :mrmeph: but just lookin to help some ppl out. comment welcomes just not lookin to get flammed =D

^ i grinded away until i got fresh enough metal to where i could drill a hole through and rivet a piece of sheet metal....man it sucks getting a piece of metal in that small area lol. just make sure your hand holds the metal far away from where your drilling ^_^

as u can see i suckered it up with rivets so it wont come loose as it has that nice awkward bend

after math of some bondo sanding and more bondo ( you like how the wing can just like slide around lol)

make sure u rivvet every hole...i apparently missed one lol

after some sanding....i backed my car into my garage and set up a space heater and went to work with some spray paint..and walla

yeah...i painted my wing while i was at it why not lol....it rained later that night and the way the rain settled on the spray paint i guess looked pretty sweeet

and there it is...a quick fix diy for those rusted hatches of yours

by all means though if u can weld or have access to a skilled friend go through with that over this lol or even better go out an buy a wingless wiperless hatch =)

Looks good, but why did you even put the spoiler back on?

I would have thrown that piece of shit in the trash.

oh hhaha that was pics from the same day i did it... it has since been removed. i just wanted the spoiled to cover up the wet paint :-p
