hey guys after 5 years of fixing peoples cars and putting motors in my car i think Im ready to go back to bmx. I've had the car a little over a year and a half and have worked on it pretty much everyday since I've bought it. i wanna start by saying the frame rail one the driver side has been replaced(oem nissan) and the passenger side has no rust. the only really rust spot is on the rear quarter on the driver side and hasn't been fixed because i wasn't ready to paint. the car is a blast to drive and i had taken care of it for the time I've owned it

well if you build your own stuff you will be bored went there myself but the name carries some weight. And it isn't worth the huge price tag just take the diesel and industrial it is the only place to make any money.

it is rediculously expensive and no one wants to hire UTI grads, and when they do, they are just lube techs and they make the same salary as the techs that have no schooling beyone high school. save your money and pursue a real degree. just my .02

for sure i agree i have a friend that went for couple months and decided he just wanted to go to regular college and take the classes there for cheaper $$ since all the kids at uti are theyre cause daddy and mommy pay for them:fawk2:

ya after this i dont think uti is a very good idea.i wanted to be a bmw tech and i thought that would be the best and fastest way to do that. i guess id fall in the spoiled bitch area cause im very lucky and my grandparents put away money for me to go were i wanted. if i keep the car its getting a silvia front end, respray and btw i have built the car with my money i swear and thanks for the comments guys it does mean something

a few other things that i forgot to add
- there are 3 greddy sensors on the motor oil temp and pressure, and water temp, the clip didnt come with the gauges so i left the sensors in cause i was just going to buy the gauges
- and i work for JDMhookup which means i could throw in afew parts to sweeten the deal like a cusco 1 way, i have a safety 21 6 pt. cage comming in(with in the week) low offset wheels, silvia front end and other stuff

just thought id throw that out there(mods please to take that as a sales picht for my boss)

I payed my way..but most people i went with were like that.

A good friend of mine is a BMW tech now, but he didn't do STEP (the BMW program). He went through the regular course and then got hired on at a local BMW dealership..they sent him through their own thing, if i remember correctly.

i can vouch for this car AND driver. I drive with him on back roads here and there. It's in really decent shape. Power is ALWAYS there with that motor. GLWS Andy.
