I just put new brakes (z32 4piston front, stock rear) all around my car and I'm trying to get them bled. &nbsp; The rear brakes bled just fine and are working now, but the fronts still don't work. &nbsp; My friends and I took turns pumping and bleeding the brakes for 3 hours last night and they were still letting out air. &nbsp;Does anyone know what the problem could be?? <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'>

Were you guys forgetting to keep adding brake fluid? You can't let the fluid go empty once you've started the process, and should constantly be topping up.
Ideally, bleeding brakes would be a three person job (even with speed bleeders) -- one pumping the brakes, one checking the fluid that's coming out, and one constantly adding fluid to replace the stuff you pumped out.

If the calipers have not been properly rebuilt, can't they draw air in as well(ie. bad seal)? What about a bad booster?

Make sure you put the calipers on the correct sides. &nbsp; The bleed valves should be on top. &nbsp; If not, you will never get all the air out.

We kept the m/c full, the brakes are remans, and I have the bleeders on top. &nbsp;Something else I noticed air bubbles coming up into the resevoir from the second spot where its connected to the master cylinder (second from the front, closest to the passenger compartment). &nbsp;Could a bad m/c be letting air in the lines?

wow, that doesn't sound good/sounds weird. Either air is coming in from one of the lines (??) or the MC has issues. How much brake fluid did you go through? when I bled (actually flushed) my brake lines, I went through over 1 big bottle of fluid (forgot how many Oz ... maybe 40 OZ?) ...

I've went though most of the bottle, not sure what size but its fairly big. &nbsp;I only used about 1/4 of it to completely bleed the back brakes.
