well I would not say that. Its not the one I am selling . but I think if it was lemon lawed back in the mid 90's but it runs fine today there is not a problem .

whew! that's good.

the last lemon law transfer was january of this year tho! Seems pretty sketch... also seems to have issues with emissions, but that's pretty minor... anyways, hope that helps.

well it was only bought back once by the manufacturer. the thing is once the title gets the lemon law buy back on it it stays.  This is the New Gun Metal grey car I just picked up from an impound auction for $1700

hmm... I guess I don't get how it works then...

I saw 6 entries that mentioned by back from the manufacturer... that doesn't mean that it was called on the Lemon Law each of those six times and recalled? Why do they list it on there so many times if that's the case? I'm confused. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':('>

well two things, first a manufacture would only buy back a car that was considered a lemon if it was under warranty. Something tells me the original owner owed on it because a title was issued , but the buy back was done after 36k which means the dealership may still have owned paperwork on it under lien.
Ok given that a mnuafacture would only buy back a lemon once. If the car was then resold by the manufacture then the lemon issue was taken care of.
It could have been a electrical gremlin is what I would guess.
Carfax is not 100% correct on there stuff. I have looked at so many of there reports I have discovered they make mistakes themselves. especially in smog station listings.
Basically &nbsp;what I think there computer did was keep relisting the Lemon law issue because its probably on the title that the car was a lemon law buy back.
The fact that the car has run to 100k now leaves me to believe the lemon issue is not an issue. Its also quite possible that the title does not even mention the lemon issue at the dmv anymore. Like I said Carfax is not the gospel there reports are actually very rudimentary for the reason that they want to sell you more detailed reports for more money.
Does it mean its not worth using them ? no it just means they can only tell you so much and they do have small errors.
Like I said earlier I have seen them make mistakes on smog station listings making erroneous repetition of details.

ok I did some research on Lemon Laws and this section of the california vehicle codes states that car can not be sold again by the manufacture unless it can be proven for one year of use &nbsp;that the problem has been corrected.
