Looks really nice, I'm just not liking the price. Call me cheap or whatever, but I figure it could be done for less.

You should have made it one solid piece instead of bolting to the mounting plates.

yea, but by making mount to the plates you can load pressure on the strut towers.(one rod end is LHT and one is RHT)
I could probably build it one piece if you wanted...It would be cheaper honestly.
YOUR CHEAP! HAHA its cost me a lot to build these braces, up to about $6000 between all the tools and supplies. But....if your interested pm me and we can talk $$$$$$.

ohh that looks fresh. this is a player price on a nice piece of craftmanship. good job bro.
on a side note...people need to stop being so cheap. to ship this damn thing is probably gonna cost a grip anyways cuz of its size. so yes. the guy is probably make some money. but everyone has to get his.:bigok:

i think the only thing you might want to look into is making the welds to the strut plate a little bit bigger. but, that also depends on how big the strut plates are cause you don't want those plates to flex or anything under load. but as it is right now, looks pretty darn good and as for making the plates and bar one piece i think that is a bad idea because every car is different and the chasis might be stressed in different locations resulting in a bar that will only fit some s13s and not others. good job though

plates are made of 3/16, i bevel the edge so that it gets a ton of penetration. They have no flex at all. If anyone wants it to be one piece than i can make the holes for the rear struts bigger so that it will have play to fit any car. Thats absolutely right, each car is a little bit different, but i keep that in mind in the engineering process haha. Thank you :bigok:

Before you get locked out Tony, friend to friend advice theres only two bumps per thread and you do wanna look at a vendor license soon. However to all the people reading this the brace actually does make a good difference and ive felt it in a coupe. Rides great and def stiffens up the rear end!

I think a better option would be something from Next called Miracle Cross Bars.....

thats funny that you say that, check out my other product and tell me that its a better option, it would be if i had a honda civc hatch that really needs the bracing in the c pillars. and i do actually make a brace that is identical. :mrmeph:
