this is what i got when i degreed them where they sit stock BC 264 264 correctme if i did it wrong cause im new to timing cams but if im looking at it right there wayyyy off

intk open @.050 =20 deg
intk closed @.050 =49 deg
exh open @.050 =43 deg
exh closed @.050 =14deg

claculate i get


Your cam has an Overlap of 34.00 degrees and has in Intake Duration of 249.00 degrees.
The Exhaust Duration is 235.00 degrees.
The Inlet Cam has an Installed Centerline of 104.50 degrees ATDC.
The exhaust cam has an Installed Centerline of 104.50 degrees BTDC.

Can you degree cams without adjustable cam gears? I don't think you can, and I haven't seen anyone selling adjustable gears for KADE's.

I have no clue what you're saying..
but on the same thing (ka24de, bc264) i have a spec sheet saying:

Intake:
advertised duration - 264*
duration @ .050" - 218*
valve lift (inches) - .375"
Valve lift (mm) - 9.52
Valve lash (inches) - .008"

Exhaust:
advertised duration - 264*
duration @ .050" - 218*
valve lift (inches) - .375"
Valve lift (mm) - 9.52
Valve lash (inches) - .010"
