97 stock look or S15 ????

hi guys, I am looking for 240s but I can't decide if I should go with the stock 97 headlights, or just get a 95 and do the S15 light conversion .... just looking for some input <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>
Also, anybody care you name a few companies that make nice front bumers for S15s, the veilside kit for the 97 is cool, but the one for the S15 is nasty, unless its just the picture <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'> <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>

You're going to quickly find that most people around here are more concerned about power than body kits, it's just the general disposition of 240 owners...

However you did dodge a flame war by saying you were going to get a 95 to do the conversion.

Anyway I like the stock 97 & 98 look better than s15.
I say go for the 97 or 98

97-98 or just buy a 95-96 and change the front end to the 97-98 look.

Its cheaper and I like it better, plus its work you can do yourself.

Now the S15 does look good.....really really good...but its up to you if you have the $$$$.

What I recommend is you just buy the car and drive it stock for a while...then decide whether to spend the money on looks or performance.

Man....I had that same question when i was buying my 240. &nbsp;I love the s15 front end, but i also liked the "angry eyes" of the 97-98. &nbsp;I was in a jam. &nbsp;I opted to get a 1996 and then do an s15 conversion, but once i got the car the 1996 front end has seemed to grow on me. &nbsp;I may just keep it for a while. &nbsp;And there is so much more to do to a 240 than just the front end.

for some odd reason i see more S15 headlights than i do S14a headlights... well i live in socal.. go figure, but i like the S14 headlights better the S15 looks i dunno kinda girlie.. maybe its the curves..

Here is an idea.....Go with what you like best! What difference dose it make what other people like better? You are the one who will be driving the car. If you are trying to mod your car to impress other people, your upside down already cause it just ain't going to happen. for me, i have a 95, and im in the process of doing a s15 conversion right now, i just did wat i liked and want i wanted to do, it doesnt matter wat other ppl think
