Redtop build and management questions!!

Right now im in the market seeking for atleast 250-300hp on my redtop.
Have some basic ideas of what I might need and ofcourse its always good to have it double check from knowledge zilvia members so that I dont blow anything or throw a chunk of cash away. I searched through the forum for about 2 days now and seen all sorts of setups and have questons on some of the setups.

Mods on my sr -
FMIC
255 walboro fp
Greddy rs bov

Here is a quick drop down list of mods that ill be installing and let me know if im missing anything -
(cams - is this neccassary?)
S15 t28
550 injectors
z32 maf
Ras

Tunning -
(What would be my best option as far as tunning this basic setup?)

Seen some guys have tuned ecu, power fc, and aem ugo not sure how the powerfc and aem ugo works.

Cams help. PowerFC would be my preference. Either way works though. T28 with those mods should be enough to get your into the 250-300 range. If your getting a T28 from and S15 please make sure its good :P

You can have good results with that setup without cams. They will help but not required at that level. I would go with a PowerFC so as you change yoursetup, you can change your tune without paying for different Rom tunes.
