Have you not tried your local parts stores for these?
These should be decently inexpensive items and I don't exactly advocate buying hoses used.

local parts store sell a flywheel for $30, but theres a core charge of $40

I thought he was looking for just the bolts, thus my suggestion. Shit, I GAVE my old flywheel away knowing I would need a favor from the individual I gave it to.
