Identifying exhaust cam to make sure it's a 248?

I recieved by new set of cams (the intake is fucked though/scored)...the exhaust is good. Both are marked 53F "3"...what are the stripes supposed to look like? It looks like there is a solid band of color 2 sets of lobes in (orange on the exhaust and green on the intake) and then some hash marks and a dot on the gear ends. Both have other markings on them (91 EX, 91 IN)...

I just want to make sure these weren't cams from another nissan.
