Ka24de swap not starting

What does it take to get a KA24de started. I've replaced ecu, ignition module, coil. Timing is set.

There's just no spark comin out. Any ideas?

Make sure everything is plugged in, the harness connector is spliced right, and you also need a dual cam MAF.

Try the green fusible links in the main fusebox under the hood.

Swap them around.

If the one for the ignition is a little corroded, and whatever...it won't give proper spark.

Otherwise, ???

Oh, I have a mechanic helping me. He set everything according to manual.

The only thing is we used the 89 MAFS with the connector from the 89 harness. Do you have to have a DOHC MAFS to get spark?

He's doing the spark plug test. we don't see any spark from the plug. and they are brand new. engine cranks fine.

what else you need to know?
