My friend got an s14 with some damage in the back. The fram is ok, alignment is ok, everythng is ok, but theres this big f'in dent and its starting to rust in. Its the rear left quarter panel. After the wheel well near up to where it meets the rear bumper. I only got a few minutes to look at it, Im trying to figure out what needst o be replaced. It looks like its 1 piece from the roof to the strip between the back windows and rear windshield to the rear quarter panels, but this doesnt seem right at all. Does anyonek now what the part number is and how much itll set him back? I may buy the car and do it myself...
Any help appreciated. Thanks

yes the whole body, aside form front fenders, hood, and both bumpers is one piece. If you wanted to replace that it would be a waste and cost several thoussand dollars. you ould have he dent pulled and bondoed, or have it cut out and get a piece of metal welded back where it goes. good luck

the guy that told you the body besides all the trim is one piece doesnt know what he is talking about. if your having problems with rust on the rear quarter panels. you can call nissan and order them they are 550 dollars. thats what i did to mine, now unless you know a lot bout bodywork i would suggest taking it to a shop. the quarter panels are tach welded from the inside of the door jam all the way to the rear bumper.

You should definitely post a pic.
If it's just dented, it might be easier to just take it to a good body shop.
that's what i did and my car looks great.
