for $7K i hope that it is low miles, clean exterior and interior, no huge mechanical problems, a virgin 5 speed, and good tires. Basically if you could beat on the car for another 7 years then perhaps it is worth the price, but if it doesnt meet the above criteria then IMO its not worth the $7K

Agreed.

$7k is a lot.

Like previously stated, hopefully it's real clean. G/L.

if anything bothers you about it, tell him to knock 4 grand off the cost.

$7k is a but much unless it is perfect with 50k miles or some type of mods to up the price. I know I got my baby with 100k on it for $3800 and with quite a bit of susp work etc.

too steep man, keep shopping and find a deal- They are definitely out there for cheaper than this. Unless, like everybody said (its flawless)

Even for a kouki, 7K is too steep imo. Pics/specs?

That's a lot of money. It all depends on the mileage on it. For less than 70K i'd give it $4k.

The car really depends of th condition. I paid $6500 for my '96 SE. A lot, yes, but it came with Nismo exhaust, Tein Type Flex, B&M shifter, Cusco cooling panel, etc., with the ABS/LSD option. Real clean car with 98K original miles and no accidents. To me, it was worth it. Everything I wanted, down to the color and options with parts. Paying that much is really a judgement call on how much you like/want the car.

EDIT: Gotta log out of my budies account, I'm Pacman:mepoke:

I payed 6,500 for mine but it only had 28,000 miles on it when I got it. Clean interior, only a few minor things on the body already put 3k on it without any problmes i probably been runnin it a little to hard, but sometimes I cant help it. Anyway if its not clean like they said then it aint worth it. But some more details would help.

Smog reasons or tuning? Tuning is easy, make a jumper harness. Not that hard if you can solder and read a schematic. Smog? All cars have a visual, '95's are OBDII certified and have a DLC so they can *technically* be ran as OBDII. It surprised me with my buddies car (heh gun) which said OBDII certified on his '95; build date of 7/94.
