SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD

Like the title states I super low miles 2005 Suzuki GSXR 1000. The bike is a clean title with 624miles as of right now on the odometer. Barely done breaking in super fast (sometimes to much for me to handle). The bike rides perfectly with no problems at all. Color is Black/Grey with a little Red. All lights work perfectly, no frame damage what so ever, and is all stock.

There is some strictly cosmetic damage on this bike from previous owner. Only plastic is damage and does not effect any part of the engine, frame, or quality of the ride.

Here are some hi res pics of the bike. What you see is what you get. Thank You

Oh, GOD, this hurts so bad... I am (obviously) a huge fan of k5/k6 GSXR1k's... why oh why are you selling?!?

And why aren't you asking $8k??

I soooooo want another one. GLWS ~ I'll tell everyone I know.

i'm surprised that you guys are saying that i'm asking a low price.... I figured that since the plastic is bad that the price will reflected by that... tell your friends and family!!! this bike needs to go

even the plastics aside. It's still a gsxr 1000 with 624 miles

plastics are cheap to find. You can get the sides for 500 each from the dealership or like 200 from ebay. :)

so the bike was dropped twice than... both sides are damaged?!

so the bike was dropped twice than... both sides are damaged?!

Many times a 'slow' low-side will result in the bike hitting both sides... basically the front or rear slides out, then the bike does a little 'flop' when it slows down enough (usually around 10-15mph one tire will catch and the bike 'flops' over). Doesn't mean it's been dropped twice, and definitely doesn't mean the bike's no good!

Frame/swingarm damage is VERY easy to see on these bikes, because of the high-silicon aluminum they use - instead of 'bending' like frames used to, they just break. If the frame and swingarm aren't broken at any weld joints, it's 100% ok.

I've dropped a few of these, btw. My current bike has been dropped 3 or 4 times, and has 22k (that's right, 22 thousand) hard miles. Keep it maintained, they run forever.

Oddly enough, the same GT25's we love are very popular for literbikes. Velocity (one of the bigger bike-turbo-kit suppliers/racers) puts out a kit that makes 220rwhp on stock internals on 6psi... 8psi gets you around 250whp with water/methonal injection.

I disagree, but I am in the minority. "First bikes" are always fun and scary, and you want it to be cheap enough to not make you commit suicide when you drop it in a wet parking lot. I've taught 4 or 5 people how to ride on my GSXR1000s, and as long as you don't get all ham-fisted and grab a whole lot of throttle, they're pussycats.

Then, when you do grab some throttle, the beast reminds you that you're not worthy, and you calm down real fast :)

I feel u on the sole fact that they have the power to put u in check, but I think this is WAY to much for a first bike. I learned on an r6, and even that was outta my league at the time.
