Probably at the dealer. Other than that you need to search the for sale items thread for a used one.

Any wiring harness at the junkyard is $15. Save yourself some money.

Seems that it was the computer that was the problem. The pins were not lining up with harness plug for some reason. This was a used computer i bought for backup. I guess I could push the pins to one side or the other to get it to work . Is it common for a replacement computer to have issues with pins lining up? Thanks for your help, btw:)

Are the pins bent? If so straighten them! DUH!!! Are you sure that the ECU you have is the correct one?

Pins are not bent as far as i can see.
Its the right computer. I bought it to check if my current computer was working. Maybe this normal for a new computer for pins not to line up. I dont know. but it caused me enormous hardship. Im going back to my old computer for now.

if its the same exact part, and the pins are not bent, then the pins will line up with the connector. no question about it. its simple common sense. there is only one way to connect the ecu to the harness.

the pin is only in contact with metal on one side. the other sides of hole are plastic. I assume the manufacturing process is not perfectly uniform.
i have 3 computers and this is the only computer with this problem.
