vlsd or not??

hey guys.. i have yet another question for all you.. i have this differential gear that i got from someone.. he told me that it was a jdm s14 vlsd gear. so now the question is: is this really a jdm s14 vlsd gear or or is it just an open? i have been searching and all i seem to find are the pictures of the whole differential and nothing internally.. here's a few pictures of the gear that i have:

cool.. thanks... now... what do i need to run this? i know that i will need the 6 bolt half shafts and axle shafts, but im more curious as to internally. can i use the same bearings and spacers from my open differential? sorry for all the noob questions.. i just found out that its a j30 vlsd instead because its the one with the 3.91666 (47/12) gear ratio..
