I did a SR20DET swap into my S13 Hatch, before I hooked everything up (vacuum lines, FMIC, Radiator) the car started up with 1-2 tries. After finishing of hooking everything up, I go to start the car and it just clicks once, its a single click that sounds like its coming from the front right (passenger side) engine bay.

I replaced the starter, knocked it with a hammer, changed the relay in the fuse box (forget the name of it)...

Any ideas what it could be? It's just single click when I go from "On" to "Ignition"....

Well, it quite possibly could be a relay but which one? How do I test it?

check if your engine is locked
since you said it started before

sounds stupid, but did you check the battery?

Battery was charged at a local Autoparts store, how do I check if the engine is locked?

The noise sounds like its coming from the relay by the headlight....

check if you have all the wiring hooked up correctly to the starter. if so, check the voltage getting to the starter. if the battery was freshly charged, it should be around 13.5-14 volts.

at the bottom of the relay box is a grey 2 wire plug, one wire is white , the other is brown or black/white stripe, take a paper clip and jump those together, then moonwalk to the driver's seat, and see if it starts. if it does, either cut the plug off and twist/solder the two wires together, or cut the other end off the plug and do it to that end and then plug it in. make sure you have 2 wires connected to the starter also. the thick ass one that feeds the starter battery voltage, and the semi-thick black/yellow stripe wire, which is what gets 12volts when your key is in the start position, thus making your starter work

Check your clutch interlock switch and relay.
