it's like a tease, it's so tiny. maybe if you call them and paypal them a few bucks they'll send you a fullsized diagram
i just finished my rebuild. i followed a rebuild guide for a saab t25 but you dont need it. everything is straight forward. heres the saab one, your going to find step 7 with the snap ring slightly different from the sr t25 but its easy.

hey IRN, this is pretty much related, so here it goes..
i recall seeing a few of your posts stating you had some issues.
I'm about to embark on the same journey, got my rebuild kit all ready to go too.
do you have ANY advice that hasn't been stated in that Saab guide (i've read that thing several times).
any pointers? i know the exhaust housing is gonna be a bitch and i've already hit it with pb blaster. i just dont' want this taking more than a day lol
thread jacking indeed lol. just remember to mark the alignment of the exhaust, center section and the compressor in relation to each. i had to go back on my pics in my threads to re allign. everything is straight forward. go slow and use as much pb, wd, as you can because if yours was rusted as bad as mine, its a bitch. pm me if you need more help.

be careful when removing both housings, dont bend any fins or jerk the wheels to one side... don't wanna bend the main shaft.
have fun with the spiral clip on the exhaust side (buy a set of picks.)
buy a scrawl. and mark all positions (dont forget on the back of the compressor housing, so you know its cocked (heh..) at the right angle when you throw it all back together.
good luck.
