hi i have  a 92'  coupe with digital HUD cluster setup.  the cluster works intermittently and has been pissing me off for a while.  i tried fixing it and it is gay.   is it possible to switch from Digital to ANAlog cluster?     different harnesses?    what is required?  anyone do it?              HELP

yes, you just need to be sure to get the harness that attaches to the cluster when you pull it from the junkyard.  id suggest to check if theres a loose plug before you go and spend money though.
