Cant access website

on both IE or Firefox. right now im logged into a proxy. i already tried deleted all the cookies and still no go on zilvia. any ideas?

update: it still does it, for some reason i browse zilvia and it wont let me. i click on a new post and it says page not found, however if i go back, and click on a link the link changes to www.zilvia.net and logs me out but lets me browse, if i attempt to log in i cant access it. any ideas on whats going on?

i get that every godamned day.... only at home though... seems like an ongoing issue with folks that have time warner cable.

ahh yes i should mention i too have time warner cable/roadrunner.

I have issues accessing it from my APT and I dont have time warner or road runner. It will be out at random times. sometimes for a few minutes sometimes for days.
