The guy that hit'em is known for mixing booze, cars, and dumb decisions. I can't figure out how he still has a license.

this hit and run driver, dont worry, he will be back on the streets doin the same thing in no time.. they let him go before with a prior history in hit and runs, dui, etc..
im being sarcastic.. fuck that!! this guy shouldnt be on the road with a history like that.. now a innocent child died.

thats what im thinking.. the fuck they let him still drive.. hopefully the law can do something , let this be an example.. someone with a history, probably shouldnt be on the road anymore. its dangerous to the environment. But no, this guy probably has to get to and from work, he will drive no mater what, even illegally too.. I got a friend who fucked his record up and he drives illegally, he gets pulled over and bs his way out of tickets etc..

No I haven't seen him around. The said on the news that he had many related offenses in the past including dui, hit and run, and driving with a loaded weapon. It's lucky he didn't get out of the truck and shoot the rest of the family.

If people with a history of DUI's are still allowed to drive, they should only be allowed to operate motorcycles or vehicles under a certain weight/size limit, in which case if they decide to drive under the influence again they'll mainly be endangering only themselves.

Word. Idk what some people are thinking. Some people need to learn the hard way man. The worse part is that some one had to die. Horrible.

Maybe he drove without a license. + the incidents before were like 14 years ago. The whole thing is messed up. The truck driver should be strapped and stoned to death.
