Ok, im startign to dissasemble my Y33 partly to fund the Stagea build i am doing.
Up for grabs is the following:
Aerosport Air bags:
These are air bags that are designed to go on a coilover, stock shock, aftermarket shock, or whatever you want.
It has a channel through the middle, is self sealing, and has a 4 inch range from up and down which is magnified dpending suspension angle to the lower control arm etc etc etc.
read this very carefully
internal diameter of the bag is 2.5 inches
if your coilover is larger than this, these will not work (mainly some tein)
Anyways
Compressor:
Not sure what the specs are, but it fills a 5 gallon tank in aroudn 3.5 minutes if i timed it right. Ive never had to fill it from empty so im not sure new 3 ft leader line, with NEW one way check valve.
Valve block:
All 8 solenoids have been replaced with new ones, installed onto a valve block with only 4 lines in 4 lines out (one for each corner)
Tank:
5 gallon tank
8 ports
drain plug on bottom
Switches:
I made a harness for hte switchbox (10 switches, f/b/s/s, lside, rside, front, rear, all four, and a rake option, front up rear down, and hten opposite gay)
airline and fittings:
You wont need any (most likely)
its 3/8 line, and i ran it from my trunk to the shocks
should be plenty for an s chassis, if not, its super cheap and i can get you some pretty quickly
you wont need any fittings, they are all already installed
the work you haev to do to install it:
Super simple
i will include a diagram of all lines, wiring, sources they need to be from etc etc
All you have to do is run a power wire from the battery (or use your amp wiring), then run an ignition power wire for the solenoid (included to turn on the pump) and a wire from the power side of the solenoid to the pressue switch. The ignition lead goes to the pressure switch so the compressor only turns on when the igintion is on. Mine is always on, and ive never had a dead battery in the morning. i didnt use the ignition source.
2275 shipped
bags alone are almost a grand.
