I have two Helmets for sale. Both should be fine for drifting, autox, or some hpde events.

First helmets sold! Second still available:

Second is an HJC CL-10 Snell M1990. This helmet is used, but is still in good condition. Never wrecked or dropped, not smelly or dirty. I do not have the visor at this apartment, but I'm sure I could find it at my house if you really want it (not sure why you would for autosports). I think this helmet is missing one pad at the top...but it does not affect comfort and does not bother me. 40 shipped.

I prefer paypal but am flexible. I have sold on Zilvia before and have only received good feedback from these transactions.

"M" helemets are not allowed for drifting here in so cal or for any hpde events anywhere! the "M" stands for motorcycle fyi.

I know what M stands for. M helmets are still built to very high standards.

I never said anything about these being approved for socal drifting. It's not like I was marketing either of these helmets directly to socal people.

Also, PCA DOES allow M helmets for hpde, and I'm sure several other organizations do as well.

You haven't really added any valuable information to this thread. I'm just trying to put up some cheap helmets for people on a budget trying to pass tech for events.

my value was for the kid who didn't know that these helmets may not pass inspection for what they wanted. i didn't stop a whole bunch of buyers so stop bitching an just thanks for the helpfull info!

also NASA, and SCCA do not allow m helmets for road racing. i know they are little known racing groups, but i put it out there to consider just the same!

i didn't even read your whole post the first time. i didn't realize it was a 1990 helmet. you shouldn't be able to use this anywhere on any track. helmets saftey ratings or only good for 10 years and yours seem to be 8 years to old. sorry about that.

but glws!

This helmet can easily be approved by tech with many organizations, and I have done so myself. I don't think anybody is too worried about killing themselves in autox or parking lot drift events, and since those are the sorts of things that most people with interest have been contacting me about, I don't see what the problem is. This will offer plenty of protection for those sorts of things. Yes, it's an M1990 and I have done nothing to hide that fact. Also remember that just because it is M1990 rated does not mean that it was not manufactured much later than that date....ratings only come out every 5 years.
