you may have cut the wrong wire while puting in your deck or caused a short.....

For your cluster lights check for a burnt out fuse. It's a 15 and is the 3rd from the bottom on the right side of the panel. Don't know about your domelight issue. Maybe the switch is broken and moves easily?

Yup.

You cut the wrong wire.

First try checking all your fuses. Making sure none of them are blown. This can happens alot of times when people don't know how to correctly install a deck.

If the fuses are all good, try this:

Easiest way to look for the wire is.
Get a 12v power source.

turn your ignition key on, along with your headlights, and dome light.

completely dismantle your stereo harness

test all of the OEM wires on the OEM harness that got spliced to the stereo.

Keep testing every individual wire untill you see your speedo lights come on.

Or you can download an FSM and check which wire you cut, and locate that wire.

I KNOW WHAT WRONG WITH YOUR DOME LIGHT
had the same problem
... your door must not be shutting all the way.. get a phillips screw driver. and right on the door hindge on the door jam..loosin that and put the metal thing in as far as you can..then when your door is shut..no more dome light problems..if not that. then take the black boot and pull it back exposing that little plastic deal. and put somthing underneth the rubber boot.. it seems like the door sensor thing is recongizing the door is shut..i had that problem with 2 of my hatches

HOPE IT HELPS

Cluster lights: check fuses
Random dome light: adjust the doors tighter or replace the door switches

If there is not a fuse problem for the cluster lights then you may have burned out your time control module (white box behind driver's kick panel). I burned mine by trying to use the JDM foglight switch on the USDM foglight harness. The JDM switch was sending power on the wrong wire. For the dome lights it is most likely in the door switches. Try adjusting the doors tighter. If that doesn't work then check their connections and wiring. If everything is good then you need to figure out which one is taking a shit and replace it.

well i checked the fuse and none were blown and i just replaced the door sensor and even when you push the button by hand it doesnt go off so if anybody knows about this kind of problem please give any advice because this is becoming a real headache.

Pull out the bulb -Problem Solved- lol J/K

Make sure you didnt splice the Deck Illumination Wire with a 12 Volt signal
make sure no wires are exposed or creating unwanted gounds behind the CD Player

well i checked for any exposed wiring and there were a few so i wrapped them up but still no light. the light for the clock turns on when its in ignition but once you turn on the lights it goes off. also when i was doing the wiring i noticed an old looking wiring harness that had all but two wires cut from it and i tried to cut them but then decided to keep them and so i just wwrapped everything up and the deck worked fine and thats when i noticed that all the lights for the buttons and the guage cluster dont work. is there a relay that might have burnt because it sounds like both of them went out for the same reason

did you buy a wire harness to pug into the OEM one or did you cut off the OEM plug and splice the CD Player harness to it?

If you bought a Wire harness unplugg it from the OEM one and turn on the lights, if everything works fine then your problem lies with your wiring, Double check your wireing.

Take it to an auto electrician or a competent stereo guy. They should be able to figure out what you did wrong and fix it.

That's all I can recommend. Seems like it's just too much for you to handle at the moment.
