how many miles are on the ka24e head? is everything complete in the head? has the motor ever over heated? any valve tap/lifter tick? interested, let me know

when i drove it overheated a little.. enough to know my gasket giving away.. thats when i pulled it out right after. was gonna just change the hg but got my hands on a twin cam. dont think anything is wrong with it but not certain... head is complete though. 150k on the head. and havnt heard any valve tap or lifter tick.
