Your question should have been, the flame retardant; installing a tial waste gate!
There's two bolts holding the actuator bracket and a C clip holding the rod. Get an FSM

You now need to have a manifold flanged for the waste gate and have the old flapper welded.

like i said im very new to the turbo setup. whats an fsm (fuel system managment)? so just take it off the turbo and weld the flapper shut an attach the tial wastegate to a flange?

Yeah, just disconnect the arm that connects the flapper to the spring.

Then, probably pay someone that is good at welding to weld the internal gate shut.

Then pay said person to weld external gate flange onto manifold.

Attach external gate, voila.

FSM = Factory Service Manual.

Last I checked, Turbos don't connect to the fuel lines.
