i have had the swap done for a while, and this winter(it was not driven in the snow) it seemed to drain every night that was about 20 or below. now that its warmed up it starts with plenty of power every morning.....may be a dumb question, but does anyone know what my problem could be?

Good question.^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
If its a "wet cell", which contain a liquid (sulfuric acid), the ions (not atoms:jerkit: ) that have to travel (swim through the acid) from the positive internal pole to the negative internal pole, can be slowed to an almost complete stop.
The voltage is still there, just not active.
