Here is the link to the purchase. Paid with Paypal right away. Called twice since then but get excuses that he couldn't ship the hood because of the way it was packaged, promise tracking number but never got one. Emailed, called left message, pmed on March 16-17. His last active in this forum was March 17 and 18. Never got a reply. Be aware guys.

Just realized his username is drftnR14 over there though, FYI.
http://www.sfldrifters.com/forums/member.php?u=1056 link to UN profile there.
It is the same user though - I found his FS thread over there w/ the exact hood/pic/ect.

Thank you guys for taking your time off to help me tracking him down. I really hate to have to rush ppl, to keep asking if it has been shipped, or to post something like that. Really, buying and selling should be really "simple" process. You buy, you pay, you sell, you received payment, you ship. Done deal.
The seller called me a few minutes ago stating that he has some personal problems, and some financial issues. He is very apologetic, appreciatetive and understanding. We have come to a conclusion that he will pay me back with a few installments for the next few weeks.
Hopefully, this mutually agreement goes well.
Thanks again for the heads up. Really appreciate you guys stepping up and to help another fellow car guy. This is what it is all about
Thank you.

After all this time, it was a NO go. Supposed to receive $50 last Monday, that doesn't show. Then called and supposed to recieve $150 last Friday, that was another NO show. Called twice since then, of course NO answer. Seriously, I am taking action now. No more trying to understand stuff, why if they don't appreciate it. Too bad.

Okay. The balance never settle. I thought I would give us a time to settle down and check with him on the balance because he send me a partial payment of $175. So, there is a balance of $30 still he owes. His replies was why do I still bother him, even with just $30. Also, asking me to sue him for the $30. Then hang up on me.
Just want update so if anyone buy/sell to this guy. Stay away and good luck.

fucking cheap bastards who think they can send you partial payments and/or partial packages. I've dealt with fuckers like this before, who say "who cares" about not sending one component of a product to me.
only that part was a sensor for my gauges and costs 250 bucks.
i'm still so pissed about shit like this. almost makes me want to go proto motoring on their ass and offer 249 dollars for someone to break some guys kneecaps outs in utah.

It sucks sometimes have to deal with stuff like that, it bring the fun out of the hobby. I have another one up my sleeve now. Purchase a brand new set of coilovers, blown after 6-7 months. Called and shipped to the company, gets all kind of excuses every time I called. The last time I called, the reply was they have settle this case and it is closed case. They said they have send them out to me. It has been 2 years since I shipped my coilover back to them. Still trying to find some attorney that will deal with this. I am not going to let it pass that easy. I would rather get my "blown" coilover back and throw them in the garbage then letting it pass.
Sorry to hear that many ppl have to go through this. Hope you guys get back what you paid for and they get what they deserved.

I called him out back in July 2008 for attempting to scam me. He was using google images (such as the kouki taillights) and claiming they were his parts.
he also goes by drftnrps13

WTF wasn't this kid already banned?! Dude you're an idiot for not looking into this kid plain and simple. I called him out back in July 2008 for attempting to scam me. He was using google images (such as the kouki taillights) and claiming they were his parts. I didn't send him $ because I used my brain first.
he also goes by drftnrps13
Ban this kid already, he's nothing but problems.
It was settled and banned May 2008. Mod please lock this tread. Thanks.
