I got a set of Gramlights 57S, 18x9.5 +22 all around. 235/40/18 front and 255/40/18 rear. I also have a set of 15mm spacer to the front, and 20mm to the rear. I would like to keep my stock fenders if possible. Will it be doable with just rolling and pulling? Or will I need overfender? I'm asking cause I can't test it on the car until winter finished. Thanks

Your going to need overfender for the fronts for sure.
The rear would need a pull. How big, just depends on your camber and ride height.

you can camber in a shit load with a small pull in the front, but a 20mm fender would be better

20mm fender would be ideal, yes... You could do some insane cutting/pulling of the front.

But I'm really nut sure they will fit without spacer in the front...18x9.5 +22 235/40/18...

run a 10mm spacer in the front and a 15 in the rear.
Run 235/40s in the back and 225/40s in the front.
Problem solved.

Run the minimum amount of spacers up front so you dont have to get wide fenders. Im running 18x9.5 +12 with some 235/40s RT615s and im not rubbing on anything. The rear, dont bother running any spacers with those 255s, you will have to roll and maybe pull it a bit to fit those tires in the back depending on how low your car is.
For reference: 18x9.5 +12 with 235/40 18s all around...
