recently, my car has developed a squeak that i thought was the belt untill today. i was driving it after i fixed my idle issue, with the radio off, and noticed that the squeak went away when i pushed the clutch in even a little bit, but as soon as i released the pedal, the squeak is back.
any ideas??

if by input shaft carrier bearing, you mean throw out bearing, then yes you need to replace your TOB.

if you change the throwout bearing you might as well change the clutch and accessories. especially if your gonna pay someone to do it for you.

yeah my throw out bearing was causing me a problem i was gonna just order a throw out bearing and replace that...
but why go through the trouble and replace a small piece when u can replace a bigger piece...
so i bought myself a clutch kit instead

ya, i dont pay people to work on my cars
the throw out bearing is usually included in clutch kits, right?? what it is the best thing to do about resurfacing the flywheel. buy one, get it done??

Get it resurfaced at a machine shop, shouldnt be more than $15.
If you want to buy an aftermarket Flywheel go with a lightened Fidanza, you can still get them resurfaced through time and when the friction surface is worn too thin you can replace the friction surface itself instead of the entire flywheel. :) ...Just food for thought.
As for clutch kits, they don't allways come with the right sized TO bearing (i've had horrible luck with the SPEC kits) so you might was to look into buying a factory bearing from a Nissan Dealer.

Yeah, The TOB that usually comes in kits is crap. Always buy a Nissan one. They are relatively cheap.
Only exception is plate clutches cause they use a smaller TOB.
