auto to 5 speed

yes, you just need a different drive shaft, clutch line, and vss. Search next time this question gets asked regularly.

clutch line? i thought they all was the same...i am in the middle of doing a 5 speed swap into my s14 as well but lucky for me ifound someone who was parting out a s14....you will need a non abs driveshaft or a abs driveshaft....there are differences

I have S14 lines in my S13, I don't really think that there is that huge a difference if they are different.
Driveshaft and VSS, however, will be necessary.

You need a S14 Clutch Pedal Bracket.

S14 ecu would be needed too if you want it to run right. Also, S13 tranny doesn't have a hole for a CAS. So either (a) you need S14 tranny housing OR (b) you can drill a hole in the S13 tranny housing for the CAS OR (c) you can drive around with a CEL and ignore it....
