air bag light and smogging

well im going to be smogging the s14 tomorrow, but the air-bag light blinks. will this make the car fail the visual test? reason why i ask is because if the CEL is on, it will fail visual. is this the same case for tha air-bag light?

Just pull out the bulb. :D If you removed the air bag, you don't need it anyways.

damnit are you serious? i would like to take out the bulb.. but its st patty's day. i'll just read the FSM and follow the procedures lay-out to fix this problem.

well i guess im pro

did some trouble diagnoses without consult (although i have consult) and there was an intermittent problem in the past. by entering srs diagnostic mode, it showed no fault in the system and took out the air bag light.
