has the motor been rebuilt yet? with 100+k on a rotary a rebuild might be needed no matter how you baby it... yeah and interested in what needs to be fixed to get her running as well.

rebuild will be in the future no doubt and if i had the money i would just do it myself but im only 19 and have no way in hell to finance this car the way it should be. dont buy this car unless you are ready to invest in it!

car is clean title and interior is a 9/10 so i have 2 guys that want to put a ls1 in the car so motor is only problem.

I'm 6'1" and my hair was hitting the roof when I sat in "optimal" seating position. I had to sit in the car gangster style to be comfortable.

However, if you can get a lo-profile bucket and it's plenty of room.

I'd say the roof is about 2in shorter than in an S14.
