Spacer will essentially lower the offset of your front wheel to give you more clearance between the inside of the wheel and your coilovers.
an 8mm spacer will basically make your front wheel 18x9 +12

Yes it will fit - you will probably need to camber (depending on tire size & how low you are) up front to keep from rubbing the fenders (and only need spacer if you wheel doesn't clear the coilovers - possibly wheel wells, again depending on tire).
You should really have searched tho... there is a wheel/tire thread which shows tons of different setups that you could have inferred from.

9j+15 is the easy flush fit for stock (rolled) fendered s13's.
so space the front 5mm and the rear 8mm.

The fuck does he need spacers for? If hes iffy about about rolling/pulling the fenders, he doesnt need to push the wheels closer to the fenders. And no the fronts shouldnt rub on the suspension. Question is what size tires you planning on running? Thats whats gonna dictate if shits gonna rub or not.

you're not adding anything new... and you're not reading... the fuck are we posting for? so people can come in and not read it then say the same thing?
x9+20 cuts it pretty close w/ coilovers. It clears some, doesn't clear others, that's why most of us said he MIGHT need a spacer.
give you more clearance between the inside of the wheel and your coilovers.
