cutting out while reving and driving

so my car is idleing fine.......but when i rev it it revs a litte bit and then cuts out and drops back down to idle when i let off......same as driviing...if i take it easy it will be fine, but when i give it any sort of acceleration it just stalls out and goes back to idle.....

i have a s14 sr20det in my s13 chasis

i have an exhaust like at the turbo elbow......could this be the problem because of the 02 sensor reading?

i have a brand new walboro fuel pump, new egi pump relay, new fuel filter....

i also have another 240 that i can get parts to test off of like the maf and so forth......
