okay, just got my swap done last night. had some minor issues that was resolved with good help. now everything runs fine but my speedo is off. it goes up to 120mph when its actually going like 50 or 60 and it cuts my fuel. why is this happening? its a S13 blacktop in my S14. i changed the speed and rev plugs off my KA to the SR so it works, but its just off. what the hell? cant be my speed sensor cause it was working fine when the motor set was in my cousin S13. any ideas?
-THANKS IN ADVANCE.

If I remember, don't you need to swap clusters?

Did you come from SOHC or DOHC KA? It makes a diff.

its a S14 so dohc, but it was AUTO.
update: i tried a different ECU and its the same thing. i drove it again and i noticed that the speedometer goes up like the rev and the tach moves like the speedo.
to my knowledge you dont have to swap clusters. you just have to take 2 plugs off the KA motor to the SR for the tach and speedometer.

Weird.... When you did the wiring under the passenger side dash, did you wire it correctly? Check your wiring again...
