Jdm S14 Kouki Cluster Into Usdm Zenki

well i searched and searched and googled and found nothing so i was wondering what is required to do in order to have a fully working jdm kouki cluster in my zenki. i know the plugs arent the same, so how do i make them work? will i have to splice the wires? how do i know which wire goes to which? any help would be appreciated, thanks a lot!

why would you want to do this, I suggest a BNR 33 cluster.

there's a thread on 240sxforums.org to convert usdm zenki cluster to usdm kouki cluster. you basically gotta look at both FSMs? and match up the wires and splice em or whatever. hope you have the cut harness for the kouki cluster too.

99% of the wire colors match up. If you've got the plugs it's as simple as tracing them from pin to pin. It's all labeled on the back of the cluster for you.

Yeah, you just need a the plugs coming out of the back of the cluster and a bit of wire to show what colors they are then splice them together.

Probably. I've discussed a lot on there.

I just did this on my zenki. 25-30% of the wires don't match up. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to wire this, just get both zenki and kouki FSMs and match the wires from there. Took me about 1 hour.
