If you click the PDF logo you can view the sizing chart
R disk is for max brake clearance
A disk is standard face
O disk is for maximum lip
Goes from increasing to decreasing brake clearance (R, A, O)
There is no B disk for KF

yeah thats what i thought... it must be A disk... which are most likely going to foul on r33 calipers in 18x9 +13

Yes, if its an 18x9+13, then its A Disk
That's why typically I recommend customers to go with R disk just to be safe
But maybe...you could clear (caliper) with a 3-5mm spacer

Might need a 5mm spacer or so, which wouldn't be horrible anyway. I run an 18x9 +5 effective up front on an S13 with rolled/slightly pulled fenders. Ended up not needing the pull with 225/35s, but I needed it with the 225/40s I had before.
Damn, Logan-san beat me to it... LOL

yeah im running 9.5 +12 atm... so no worries about that - just hesitant on spacers...
i think i see where the seller got "B" disk from - on the list it has under the 82mm lip section a letter "B" next to 18x9 +13 in A disk
what about L? what's that?
My rims are O disk up front and L in back and I've got z32 brakes all around.

B refers to the outer barrel type
You can disregard that letter

L disk is just another form of big brake face

fyi
work standard face, weds standard face (when avalaible) super star wheel standard face
all wil clear GTR32 non brembo on s13
but its close, and odd spoke designs may hit

so i should be fine on s14 - awsometown!
fyi for anyone interested - these are what im getting for backup thrash wheels (im too scared to damage my te37s)
Work VSKF Silver
18x9 +13 A disk
18x11 +20 O disk
http://i251.photobucket.com/albums/gg312/hellaflush0711/VSKF.jpg
will sit nicely on standard s14 guards

Yep, that's why I say maybe
Better to be safe than sorry....
If you're wheel is sunk 5mm, oh well no biggie
If too flush 5mm, oh well no biggie
....but if it goes THUNGGGG when putting over the caliper...you outta luck :(
Actually SSR tells me that standard face won't clear Z33 Brembo, or Z32 caliper for that matter (that's what they say, but I don't believe....but dont' want to take risk either)....but I've always only ordered Hyper Disk for SSR (HP) so I have yet to see the clearance of SSR standard face
You could always shave caliper too, depending on how bad/where the spoke is touching the caliper

What are the numbers listed at the top of the columns where the offsets are listed?
For example the 20in sizes. Above each column of available offset, it lists...25, 38,50, 63, 75, 87....

the amount of dish/lip they will have (edge of barrel to face)
FYI just put a downpayment on the vskfs - im back in ballertown

Ok, and where do the different discs fall in?
Is it the back side of that face that gives clearance for brakes, or is the entire face designed different?
Because O Disk is for max lip, but your getting the same size lip as the other discs.
I don't know if i'm explaining my question right, lmk if you need me to clarify...

face design is different
with vskfs both angle spoke and thickness of the centre piece will give you more or less clearance dependant on the disk type
no i see where you are coming from
basically to get x amount of lip in an O disk wheel and to then get the same amount of lip in say a... R disk (highest caliper clearance - sacrifices the most lip for same offset) you would need to run a much lower offset or size
ie.
to get 145mm of lip in an A disk... the first size is 18x10.5 -19
to get 145mm of lip in an R disk... the first size is 18x10.5 -36
to get 145mm of lip in an O disk... the first size is 18x10.5 -12
so as you can see - the more caliper clearance you gain - the lower offset you must go to obtain the same dish

Im running the same size and offset up front with z32, your gonna need at least a 5mm spacer... A piece of paper barely clears LOL

same disk type too?

if worst comes to worst, at least you have plenty of room to work with, especially on S14. (fender clearance wise).
and you can always shave the NISSAN off the calipers too.

Thank you, now i understand it. And I'm guessing the same applies for all wheels?
I love those vs-kf's!!! I can't wait till I get me a set....burning black=sex!!!!

i wont be keeping the disks silver... contemplating a khahki green or fluro pink :D
pretty much for most 2/3piece wheels they will have a similar setup... ie. with SSR they use HI/LO disks (HI being high caliper clearance - LO being LOW caliper clearance but max lip)

Yes same disk type:bigok:

my question is relevant here, and im a fellow aussie so im sure he wont mind! haha
i also have some A disk works on the way, VS-XX (so very flat faced..)
i still have stock single pot s13 brakes which they will clear, but wanted to upgrade. ive been told by Work they wont clear s14/15 calipers, are there any other brakes i could get that would clear? or can i modify/shave the caliper? i heard like Y31 cima 2 pots or something random may fit?

I want to get a set of vs-kf's also but wanna know if 18x9 -4 R disk and 18x11 -5 O disk is a good setup for 20mm front fenders and 50mm rear and z brakes all around. if not... what would you guy recommend?
