ca smog is good for 90 days. go to the dmv and get it registered before it expires.

yup, its good for 90 days, but like the first reply said, you have to get it registered, which seems like you have less than a month to do...good luck bud and congrats on the car

well, seeing that's it march 11, i would not think that the CA smog is any good. december being over 3 months ago. good luck tho.

the last owner smoged it on december 28th, 2007 to be exact, so i guess im in the clear, rather than that, my friend just took off cel for me. i was going nuts, i guess i drive this auto tranny hard. takes so damn long to shift and it scares me just at 6,000 rpm. oh well at least im going 5 speed today!
December 2007 = 3 days.
January 2008 = 31 days
February 2008 = 28 days.
March 2008 = 11 days.
total = 73 days.
i got the car registered as soon as i could, i bought the car on saturday ... sigh, and i had to wait 2 whole DAYS, just to drive the damn thing, it was just sitting there teasing me :( so then monday, i woke up at 7:30 went to the damn dmv and registered it. everything is set and done.
well thanks everyone. i really appreciate all the replys.
