heres my problem. i have cusco coilovers, with a 5 lug conversion on my s13.

i notice that when i hit a large bump or so i get a clunk noise from the right rear only.

now i was reading online that with the 5 lug conversion requires spacers becuase the rear arms are what ever are to big of a bolt hole to fit into the s13 struts causing it not to fit right.

so could that be a problem? they dont feel blown out either, feel real stiff.

Check all of the bolts, make sure every thing is tight, and use a process of elemination.

Do you have aftermarket RUCA's?

Mine clunks because of cheap RUCA's that are on right now.

New Cusco RUCA's should be here this week...

Is it a clunking, skipping, or spring sounding noise when you hit a bump?

Clunking- try checking all your rear suspension arms for bushing wear or slop. If it's still not helping, check your axle and CV boot.
Skipping- try checking your subframe mounts
Springing- adjust your preload on that side on the coilover. It's probably binding. If that doesnt help see if you can source helper springs
